Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account (name, email), purchase a product, or subscribe to our newsletter. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited).

You subscribe with "Continue with Google". Google then shares only your name, your email address, your Google profile photo and an account number that lets us recognise you next time — never your password or contacts, and we keep nothing else from Google. Your photo is shown beside your comments and on your profile; we keep only a link to Google's copy (no image is stored here), and it follows any change you make to your Google photo. Your sign-in is stored only in your own browser. You can change your display name on your profile page, and every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.

How we use it

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process purchases, send newsletters (only if you subscribed), and communicate with you about your account.

Data storage

Your data is stored on servers located in Bangladesh and the EU. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords.

Cookies and analytics

We use an authentication cookie to keep you signed in. To understand which writing is read, we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records pages visited, approximate location, device type and how you arrived. It does not receive your name, email or order details, and it never runs on the dashboard or on private order pages. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. We do not use advertising cookies.

We also keep our own simple visitor statistics: which page was opened, the country and city your connection comes from, the kind of device, and the site that sent you. This uses no cookies. Your IP address is never stored; it is combined with a random browser identifier and the date and turned into a one-way code, so a visit counts once a day and cannot be traced back to you or followed from one day to the next. The same "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals switch it off.

Third parties

We do not sell your data. We work with a small number of services to run the site: Google (sign-in for subscribers) and Google Analytics (reading statistics), Cloudinary (images and ebook files), Resend (email delivery) and bKash / Nagad (payments, governed by their own privacy policies). We do not share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us at contactmahfuz47@gmail.com.
